Planning Application Submitted
Barcroft have submitted their planning application for a new 66 Bed Care home at Devereux House Farnborough. The design of the home has enabled us to maintain part of the historic façade of Devereux House which has local historic interest.

Barcroft attended the construction launch event hosted by Avante Care and Support, the operator for the proposed 70 bed care home at Lucks Hill.

Reserved Matters consent was achieved in September 2024, a deal has now been agreed with our operator partner with completion due to take place, August 2025.
