Care home developments were initially the primary focus of the company, which is complimented by the shareholders being the owners of the care home contractor, Lawrence Baker.  Barcroft Estate’s expertise lies in identifying sites in sustainable locations, securing planning consents and constructing care homes for their care operator clients.

Following the expansion of the team the focus is no longer primarily on the care home sector, retail and drive-thru roadside sites are also actively being sought on a nationwide basis.
